Hillcrest Consulting was founded by Laurie Fernandes. Laurie worked for 15 years in management consulting with Booz & Co. (now Strategy& of PwC), advising Fortune 500 companies on organizational strategies, mergers and acquisitions, new market growth, cost reductions, and company alignments. She completed her MBA at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. Prior to her MBA, Laurie worked in microfinance in Indonesia and spent time studying in Kenya and Paraguay.
